To clean or not to clean
Posted on 15 December, 2012 at 3:20 |
Ever go out and have 1 or 2 of draught beer and the next day feel a little sick, good chance the draught beer you drank came out of dirty lines. Regular draught beer line cleaning is very important. |

I go to a local White Spot restaurant in the Tri-Cities to watch soccer and hockey games and the draft they serve there really doesn't agree with me next day, but then I go to a local pub and drink draft for a better part of the night and feel fine the next day. after reading the stuff on your site I'm thinking now maybe this is due to cleaning and not cleaning the beer taps.

it has happen too me all to often, but bartenders and servers have no idea even if or when beer lines are cleaned. it's a roll of the dice really.
